- 48 Hours Prior to Check-in: Full refund (subject to partner policy).
- Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Check-in: Refund may not be available or subject to deductions as per partner policy.
Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made within the eligible cancellation window.
- Refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective property or experience provider.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any delays caused by the payment gateway or bank will be communicated.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- No-shows or cancellations made outside the permitted timeframe.
- Bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of confirmation.
Modification Policy

- Booking Errors:
- If a booking is incorrectly processed due to a technical issue, a full refund or rebooking option will be provided.
