  1. Yoga Narasimha Temple: The Yoga Narasimha Temple, which is situated on the hill, is an important Hindu pilgrimage temple built in Varnashrama Temple. It is dedicated to Lord Narasimhar, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. The construction style of the temple is that of the Dravidian type, decorated with high reliefs and carvings. Reaching the temple involves walking up approximately 1,000 marked steps, which is compensated by the beautiful views and valleys surrounding the hills. The tranquil environment and the spirituality of the temple help make it a place that every person should experience.
  2. Bhoga Narasimha Temple: Located at the lower slopes of the Devarayanadurga hill lies the Bhoga Narasimha Temple, dedicated to Narasimha. This temple actually predates the Yoga Narasimha Temple by several centuries. Surrounded by a lush forest, the temple is set in a verdant environment both inside and out. Its structure, though simple, is elegant, featuring traditional Dravidian architecture and a spacious entrance courtyard for visitors. It’s no surprise that pilgrims often begin their spiritual journey here before ascending the hill to visit the Yoga Narasimha Temple.
  3. Namada Chilume:Namada Chilume is a wonderful natural spring with an interesting story connected to the Ramayana. People believe that Lord Rama, during his exile, created the spring by inserting an arrow into the earth to reach water. The spring is an important place for devotees, as it wells up through a small cubicle carved into the rock. The surroundings near Namada Chilume are very dense due to the shrubs. It also acts as a base for going up the surrounding hills and serves as a good place for taking pictures and having a picnic.
  4. Siddara Betta: Siddara Betta is a hill sanctuary known for its ancient shrines and numerous caves that attract both trekkers and pilgrims. It is said that many sages once stayed in these caves, engaging in deep meditation practices that enhanced their devotion. The trek to the summit is moderately difficult, with some rocky sections, but offers picturesque views along the way. At the top, visitors will find natural caves and mesmerizing landscapes that are definitely worth exploring. The hill is also popular for the variety of medicinal herbs found in the area, making it an interesting spot for nature enthusiasts. 
  5. Jaya Chamarajendra Forest Park: Jaya Chamarajendra Forest Park, situated close to Devarayanadurga, is a compact yet appealing wooded region. The park has a rich variety of vegetation and wildlife, allowing visitors to immerse in nature. There are paths for strolling alongside spots for birdwatching. The park provides warmth and coolness appropriate for meditation and relaxation, enhanced by the songs of birds and the rustling of leaves. The gardens, picnic spots, and viewpoints have been enriched by the greenery of the park.

The trek usually takes around 1 or 2 hours depending on your stamina level. Visitors are rewarded with panoramic views of the surroundings, the dense greenery and beautiful forests.
